Senior Drama Production

Tracy Gibbs —

A Christmas Carol by Charles Dickens. Adapted for stage by Neil Bartlett. Two shows tomorrow!!

After a number of unavoidable delays due to Covid and the floods Waimea College’s Performing Arts Department are thrilled to announce that our planned Senior Production of Charles Dickens’ ‘A Christmas Carol’ will finally be performed on Saturday 17 September.

Twelve of our senior Drama students have been rehearsing for the last term and are excited to present this play to the Waimea Community. The small, but capable cast, play a variety of roles in this condensed adaptation of Dickens’ classic. Leading the cast is Tyler Dove as Ebeneezer Scrooge and he is well supported by fellow cast members Matt Dunn, Jada Giles, Lizzie Gower, Libby Halkett, Josh Last-Harris, Amber Mason, Rosie McManus, Reuben Milson, Myles Smalley, Daniel Taplin & Imogen Vlugter. Our Performing Arts Technology students working behind the scenes complete the team, bringing this play to fruition for you all to enjoy.

There are two show times:
A matinee at 3.00pm and an evening performance at 6.30pm, both in M4.
Tickets are $10 for adults and $5 for students and can be pre-purchased through Tracy Gibbs in the M Block office (please note: cash only).
Door sales will be available, but subject to availability. Seating is limited so get in quick to ensure you don’t miss this wonderful production.

Looking forward to seeing you all there!
