At Waimea College we encourage our students to be “upstanders not bystanders”. We want to work together to stop bullying.

This is an opportunity for students entering Years 11, 12 and 13 in 2024 and their parents/caregivers to attend this expo. There will be departmental displays and subject teachers available for consultation.

We are very happy to have welcomed 35 new International Students this term – coming from Germany, Czech Republic, USA, Switzerland, Thailand, and Sweden.

This year, three groups represented Waimea College at the annual Chamber Music Contest which began with the District round on 15 June, held at NCMA in Nelson.

There's been a lot going on over the recent school holidays!

Waimea College will be open on Monday 31 July 2023, for all interested parties to visit. Prospective parents/caregivers and students are warmly invited to attend.

Term 3 is a busy time for our Business Studies students who are carrying out their business plans with the intention of generating sales.
