The school bus process appears to have gone very smoothly at the start of the year, despite the significant number of new Year 9s requiring transport to college for the first time.

Year 9 students at Waimea College have the option to attend a 5-day camp at Rotoiti Lodge in the Nelson Lakes National Park.

2024 Emergency Management Information for Parents and Caregivers

Students wishing to use motor vehicles or motorcycles to travel to school must fulfil the requirements of the New Zealand Road Code and, of course, hold a valid New Zealand driver licence.
