ICAS is an independent, skills-based assessment program. Over one million student entries are accepted from over 6,300 schools in New Zealand and Australia annually. In addition, students from over 20 countries including Hong Kong, India, Malaysia, Singapore, South Africa and the USA participate in ICAS each year. This year a number of WIS students opted to participate.

To date we have received results for our students who sat the spelling, writing and science exams. We would like to celebrate the following outstanding achievements for students who sat the exams within the New Zealand and Pacific region;

Writing:

Bailey O’Malley – top 14 % of year 8

Science:
