WIS Cross Country Results 

Well done to all runners that took part in the WIS Colour Run Cross Country, we had some amazing talent on show.
The finishers looked great with the colour all over them and the quality of the runners was impressive this year. All that training really paid off.

Here are the top three for each race:

Yr 7 Girls

1st Nate Walker, 2nd Yasser Castillo, 3rd Luca Blakeborough

The top 20 runners now move onto our Interschool Races.

These next two races will go ahead wet or fine so students will need to pack accordingly for the day. It is meant to rain this Friday so runners will need a change of clothes, towel, rain jacket and a change of footwear, they will be running through water. 

This Friday 14th June is the NISSA Interschool 4x1km Cross Country Relays held at Isel Park.

Timings for this event are:

12.20pm - Yr7 Girls

12.45pm - Y7 Boys

1.10pm - Yr8 Girls

1.35pm - Yr8 Boys

The following Friday 21 June is the NISSA Cross Country Championship race held at the Western end of Rabbit Island.

This is a great course with hills and natural obstacles. The race is roughly 2.4km long.

Timings for this event are:

12:30pm Year 7 Girls

12:48pm Year 7 Boys

1:06pm Year 8 Girls

1:24pm Year 8 Boys
