Youth Week 2021 is a nationwide celebration of rangatahi in Aotearoa. This year it is all about being stronger together, setting the scene for the importance of community and encouraging local youth to connect.

There is something for everyone, including an informative Youth Expo evening, a crazy number of sausage sizzles, a team gaming event, skating, silent disco, a tour of the Youth Art Expo, Youthify (an epic rock gig for ages 13-18), and the chance to win some truly awesome prizes.

Local organisations such as Whanake Youth, Nelson Police Youth Service, Nelson City Council and Nelson City Libraries, have banded together with the support of Health Action Trust, Cayad and Ara Taiohi to create a series of events for Nelson’s youth.
