Big City Mania

Bridge Valley has 2 weeks of 'Big City Mania' themed holiday camps this upcoming April. Below are the dates and information. Both weeks are overnight camps including games and activities such as archery, rock climbing, luge and more. Register on our website to secure your spot, we would love to see you there!

Junior 'Big City Mania' Camp: A 2 night camp on the 22nd - 24th April for ages 8 - 11.

Ultimate 'Big City Mania' Camp:  A 3 night camp on the14th - 17th April for ages 11- 13. 

MOI STEAMS HOLIDAY PROGRAMME
STEAMS Holiday programmes by Ministry of Inspiration are designed for 7-13 year olds (up to year 8) at Nelson Intermediate- 14/15 April and 16/17 April

Art and Engineering 14/15
Participants will spend their time learning about friction, propulsion, and inertia as they build and test various CARS (wind powered and motor powered) using simple materials. In addition, they will be participating in several short engineering challenges.
Art and Engineering 16/17
Participants will spend their time building robotic DINOSAURS! These will also have LED lights! In addition, they will be participating in several short engineering challenges.

Cooking and Science 14/15 and 16/17
Cooking participants in both classes will be creating an entrée, main, and dessert each day. These will be different for each 2-day programme set. Science topics covered are: acid/base indicators, micro-organisms, Maillard reaction, and more!
