At our school, literacy time is vibrant and engaging, tailored to foster a love for reading.

Students participate in small group work, receiving personalised instruction to enhance their phonics, comprehension, and fluency. Big Book activities captivate attention and model essential reading strategies. We are so lucky to have a grandparent volunteer who supports our young readers, providing guidance and celebrating their progress. Paired with fun activities for children who are still learning their fine motor skills and how to hold a pencil.
