On Wednesday the 20th of September (the last week of term 3), Waipahihi competed in the Rippa tournament at Owen Delany Park.

With 40 students taking part in the competition, there were some tough games, great skills, and plenty of CORE values on show. It was great to see so many different schools competing and face new teams throughout the day.

Waipahihi teams played hard and we were lucky to have a girls team progress through to the finals.

This week the finals were played. Our girls had a great day. Unfortunately the competition was too tough and we did not progress through. We look forward to next year.
