With thanks to the Wairakei Hens, the Wai-iti team have been enjoying some boiled eggs.

We are so lucky to have our own hens at Wairakei school. Mrs Parkes has been teaching the Wai-iti children about the life cycle of a hen and there is no better way to finish it, then having some  eggs straight from our very own hens. It was great for the children to see how easy it is to boil eggs and how delicious and filling they are. Yum!
