Last year some Wairere students completed some research about our school cultural narrative and completed their design on our Penguin as part of the Pop Up Penguins trail. This has been on display and there is one final opportunity to view all the penguins in one place!

Next weekend, 13th and 14th February, all 120 school-designed penguins from the Pop Up Penguin trail will be displayed at the Air Force Museum, 45 Harvard Avenue, Wigram. The space will be open from 9.30am to 4.30pm and it's free to all. 

Our own school penguin, Bobby, will be part of the display before he returns to school to find a permanent home here at Wairakei.
