On the 6th of May 2019 the Wai-iti team and the Wairere team did the cross country at Edgar Macintosh Park.

Their parents were there to cheer them on! The Wai-iti team ran one lap and the Wairere team ran two times around Edgar Macintosh Park. The Wairere helpers who helped guide the teams around were Peyton, Ava-lea, Bertrand, Xavier W, Xavier T and Lyric. 

Matua Jon started all the races. They all took on the challenge. Each of them ran 2km. It was hard work to run it. Here's some photos to show our hard work!
