Yoga makes our body calm and helps to make our brain ready to learn. This is what we do:
Fingers touching, inhale and exhale.
Rub hands. Shake hands. Reach up. Breathe.
Downward facing dog. Hands wide, legs wide.
Upward facing. Stretch. Breathe.
Child pose. Breathe. Relax. Calm.
