As a fun finish to our gardening unit this term, we used fresh herbs and flowers to make beautiful scented playdough.

It was great fun to follow the recipe steps, add our different herbs and work together in our groups to knead and mix the dough.   The fantastic Wai-iti students even took responsibility for cleaning the tables and washing dishes.
Then, we had lots of fun playing with the playdough and enjoying the beautiful aromas released as the students played.
