After a successful fundraiser, the student leaders made a trip to the SPCA to drop off the cheque for $188.50 from the colouring competition and mufti day, and the blankets which were donated.

Thanks to Kerryn Christensen who drove the student leaders to the SPCA in Wigram today, where we were welcomed by staff who gratefully received the donations.

The leaders had a tour to see the animals. We saw puppies, the dogs which were there boarding, and some cats, rabbits and pigeons. We were lucky enough to hold Zelda the cat and pat some of the puppies. 

They do a great job at the SPCA.
