Thursday 25 October was the start of the Term 4 basketball season for the Year 3 & 4 competition at the Bishopdale YMCA.

The two Year 3 & 4 Wairakei School basketball teams proudly started the competition wearing the very smart and brand new basketball singlets.

It was wonderful to see their skills, court knowledge and awareness on display. They were absolutely brilliant and their team commitment, enthusiasm, support and sportsmanship was most impressive!

The new basketball singlets looked amazing. A big 'thank you' to Tegel for their support in the fundraising efforts, it is much appreciated.
