Hikitia te Hā
Mindfulness in Wairere
During our mindfulness session, we have been focussing on our breathing. Hikitia te hā is a calming exercise with gentle movements. We combine movements from tai chi or yoga while we inhale and exhale.
Hikitia means to lift up and te hā is the breath.
