It is your responsibility to notify the school of your child's absence.

There are multiple ways of contacting the school in the event of a child's absence or lateness. Ideally, this contact is made prior to 8:30am. As school formally starts at 8:50am all contact should be completed by then. 

School should NOT be required to ring around to ensure the safety and whereabouts of your child. Unfortunately, we are having to for a number of children. This impacts on other administration and teaching tasks.
