New learning on Friday mornings.

The Wairere team are trying out some very cool new things during discovery this term.  Discovery learning is an inquiry-based learning. It encourages students to become active participants.  Students learn to recognise a problem and solve it for themselves in a hands-on way.

Students choose each week between coding with Scratch and Makey Makey boards, experimenting with electrical circuits, construction,  origami, art and team games.
