The Aoraki Secondary School Athletic Sports were held in Timaru yesterday. The Aoraki region includes schools from Ashburton, Mt Hutt, Geraldine, Twizel, Timaru, Temuka, Waimate and Oamaru. WBHS students did very well with the following boys finishing in the top 5.U14:
High jump - Hunter Wilson 1st (1.59m) GOLD.
Shotput - Memeite Siale 1st (10.96m) GOLD, Hunter Wilson 5th.
200m - Hunter Wilson 4th, Felix McGeorge-Hawtin 5th.
