Following the success of the 2018 secondary schools workshops at WBHS in Oamaru, this year the Otago Academy of Sport will deliver an Academy programme in Oamaru over two workshop weekends.

Ideally athletes need to be representing the Otago/North Otago region, or in a New Zealand age group team or making finals at their respective sports national championships.

Workshops will cover Mental skills, Nutrition, Athlete life and Strength & Conditioning. There will also be the opportunity to have one on one sessions with a HPSNZ athlete life advisor.

The first workshop weekend is scheduled for the 14th and 15th of June.
