There were 26 teams involved from schools throughout the Aoraki region. WBHS had 8 teams entered, 3 in the competitive 'Championship' grade and 5 in the more social 'Festival' grade.

Our WBHS 1 team of Shan Barcelona, Quaid Fincham-Wells, Marshall Hore and Husnain Mohd Idris went through the day undefeated and were named the Aoraki Champions. This is the 6th year in a row that WBHS have claimed the Aoraki Badminton title, brilliant.

WBHS 2 were placed 5th in championship grade and WBHS 3 were 6th.

Our festival grade teams also had a great day of badminton. Shout out to WBHS 4 who were undefeated plus WBHS 5 and WBHS 6 who each had 3 wins out of 4.
