Christchurch July 2021

In the first week of the holidays our Year 9 and 10 A netball teams travelled to Christchurch to take part in the South Island tournament. Both teams had an incredibly tough draw in pool play on the first day which meant both progressed into the bottom half of the draw for days 2 and 3. There were tough and close games played and all of the girls will have come home having been challenged on and off the court.

We also took 2 umpires and they also gained great experience from the tournament; Nicole Cope umpired the Year 10 semi final! Thank you girls - the game cannot happen without you.

Behind every team is a raft of support crew and we are truly blessed with the coaches, managers, camp mums and whanau support that we have. Thank you Kara, Leeanne, Anna, Andrea, Abbey, Sarah, Nicole and Teressa - we could not have done it without you.
