The House Choir competition paid tribute to the music of Dolly Parton, with the test piece being Nine to Five and the Houses each selecting another song written by Dolly.

It was not only her music that was paid tribute to but also her philanthropic acts, especially the Imagination Library she set up and funds, providing books for students to encourage reading.

The conductors and choirs did a fantastic job of overcoming the disruption to rehearsals to present polished performances. The audience also enjoyed performances by students who competed in the Music competition and Wai' Factor.
