Jess Lake —

A team of nine athletes traveled to the South Island Secondary Schools Athletic Championships in Invercargill during the weekend on 31 March - 2 April. All girls made at least one final.

Great weather on Friday saw Jess Lake competing in a very strong field in the Under 19 Girls Hammer throw. She placed second in Hammer with a seasons PB of 35.89m

Saturday morning poured with rain while the first events took place for Seddah and Grace in the 300m Under 16 Hurdles, Grace placed 4 and Seddah 5th both recorded Personal Bests.

Later in the day Charlotte and Elexis were in the Under 16 High Jump, both jumped the same height therefore placed 3rd equal.
