Our team of Jordyn Phillips, Eesha Sukumar, Olivia Hamilton and Renee Stenning played really well to defeat Kavanagh 5-1, South Westland 4-2, and draw 3-3 with Burnside on the first day of competition.

Due to netball commitments for two of the team Georgia Hawkins and Casey Kinns joined the team on the second day to defeat Bayfield but lose to the eventual winner James Hargest. It was a great effort from everyone with tougher games than they were used to. Jordy Phillips played exceptionally well to beat players ranked well above her. Eesha received a new racket by winning the female sportsperson of the tournament award after being consistently nominated by the opposition teams for showing sportsmanship and fair play. Well done to all the girls!
