We were very proud to be represented at the presentation of awards by some of the girls who participated in the Youth Film Competition.

There were nineteen original short films shown which were created by Yr 9 and Yr 10 students from the four secondary schools. Lily Havler-Martin spoke on behalf of the three groups from Waitaki Girls', thanking the sponsors and reflecting on the experience of being involved. We were delighted to gain third place and a Certificate of Excellence.
