A team of seven WGHS swimmers headed to the Aoraki Secondary School Swimming Champs in Ashburton recently.

 The girls all had a great day and most finished with a top 3 placing in at least one of their events. Thank you to the parents who took the team and acted as team managers and officials on the day.

The senior swimmers Ella, Hanna, Emily, and Lisen also placed 2nd and 3rd in the 200m Freestyle and 200m Medley Relays respectively.
