Wow!

The WGHS Netball Club are proud to reveal our new Senior A Netball uniforms. Our old dresses were starting to show their age so we decided on an update of image along with the purchase of new uniforms. There was a lot of consultation and design planning that went into this process and the finished product is a triumph and truly unique to WGHS as they incorporate our tartan into the design. They turned a few heads at tournament!

A huge thank you to Donna Hurst and Linda Milmine who did the hard work in the design and the nail biting as they waited to see the finished product.

The dresses were formally blessed before their first use at the Otago Secondary Schools Tournament by Rihi Schultz; a moving occasion that connected the past and present and gave our junior players the visual representation of their goals and aspirations for their future WGHS Netball representation. Thank you to Petra Aspros for organising this occasion.
