On a stunning day at Ashbury Park in Timaru, 8 of our best runners competed in the Aoraki Cross-Country Championships.

Wearing their racing shoes and our uniform with pride, each student set out to race against other cross-country athletes from the Aoraki District. It was an awesome day full of excitement and the team supported each other on every lap to give it their absolute best go. Overall, we had outstanding results with numerous individual placings and two 2nd placings from our year 9 and senior trios. Placings were: 

Year 9 individuals: Grace Webster (5th), Kate Farmer (12th), Georgia Fraser (13th)

Year 9 trio: Grace, Kate, and Georgia (2nd)

Junior individuals: Ruby Fox (4th), Sophie Brown (20th)

Senior individuals: Grace Brydges (4th), Georgia Hawkins (8th), Sophie Rohrbach (14th)

Senior trio: Grace, Georgia, and Sophie (2nd)
