We got to experience what cooking in a commercial kitchen was like and meet the Lecturer & Year One Coordinator. The workshop was run by a graduate of the Bachelor of Culinary Arts Programme Emily Jory who owns her own cake business ‘Love & Cake’. It was a really cool getting to experience what the course has to offer. We got to make lemon curd and white chocolate buttercream icing, we were then taught how to decorate our cupcakes.” - Annah Brown
