Dear whanau
At the beginning of each term we advise parents, board and staff when policies are up for review and how you can take part in the review. Each review is open until the last day of term.
Our Board has the opportunity to view changes and additions and comment on them before they are implemented. The following SchoolDocs Policies are up for review this term:

• Inclusive Education
• Maori Educational Success
• Learning Support , Identify Learning Support & Learning Support Coordination
• Gifted Learners

Please follow the below instructions to review:

1. Visit the website https://waitakiri.schooldocs.co.nz/1893.htm
   
2. Enter the username (waitakiri) and password (waitakiri).
3. Follow the link to the relevant policy as listed.
4. Read the policy.
5. Click the 'Start your review' button at the top right-hand corner of the page.
6. Select the reviewer type.
7. Enter your name (optional).
8. Submit your ratings and comments.
