Our 3 Way Learning Conferences are now booked through Hero, you can do this by: Logging into your Hero App Scroll down and click on School Bookings

Here you will see the event details and you child/ren’s names

Click add/manage bookings

This will display a table of all available slots for all your children. Note: You are unable to book consecutive slots if you have more than 1child.

To add a booking, you will need to click a GREEN slot.

The booking popup will be displayed.

You also have the option of entering a note for the relevant teacher.

Clicking CONFIRM will secure the interview slot.

TO CANCEL A BOOKING You will need to go back to School bookings and click manage bookings

Click the BLUE interview slot to display the booking popup.

Click CANCEL BOOKING
