With Matariki just around the corner, we're letting you know what's on for students and whānau during the holidays.

Te Matatiki Toi Ora The Arts Centre is working with Māori artists to mark Matariki throughout the school holidays, 3 - 20 Hōngongoi July. For tamariki and whānau, there are workshops (free- $10 per child) making whetū harakeke (flax stars), purerehua (bullroarer instruments), navigation charts, and manu tukutuku (traditional kites). The theme of our festival is all about navigation.
