Thanks to everyone who donated plants for our plant sale last week and to everyone who purchased plants. We had a big range of vege, indoor and outdoor plants for sale. I’m delighted to let you know that we raised $895 for new library books.

I would like to make special mention of the W6 and W7 children who planted radish seeds and sold the plants to their families. They raised $35 towards our grand total.

On Monday Mrs Stevenson (our librarian) and I went shopping and spent $600 of the money on graphic novels, picture books and chapter books. We got a 10% discount so our money went even further! Check out what we bought in the photo below. These books will be available in the library for the children to borrow soon.
