Challenging Anxious Thoughts - Wednesday 29 March 2023, 6.30pm - 8.00pm
This week we will take an objective look at those anxious thoughts and how they impact us. Thinking about a situation in a realistic, more balanced way can help break the vicious circle of anxiety.

Coping Strategies - Healthy vs. Unhealthy -Wednesday 5 April 2023, 6.30pm - 8.00pm
This week we will explore healthy coping strategies that can contribute to long-lasting positive outcomes.

Cognitive Restructuring: Decatastrophising - Wednesday 12 April 2023, 6.30pm - 8.00pm
This week will encourage you to identify ways to question distorted or irrational thoughts that have the power to influence how we feel.

Cultivating Mindfulness - Wednesday 19 April 2023, 6.30pm - 8.00pm
This week we will discuss an array of helpful mindfulness exercises and tools
