Under the guidance of Rachael, Gina and Tracey the Senior Cooking group have been learning some cooking and baking skills to use at home.

For Friday Project I made, fudge, spaghetti, pizza, poached eggs, chocolate chip muffins, and toffee.     My favourite thing was the pizza, it had cheese, tomato,  chicken and mushrooms. It was delicious! I spread the tomato paste onto the base.      We put it in the oven and heated it up, it went flat and the cheese melted.  It tasted so good.    Thank you to the ladies for helping us.               By Jade
