On Book Character Dress Up Day the children in Hub 2,3 had to solve clues to work out who our mystery character was. Once it was established that it was the Gingerbread Man the children worked in pairs to make a bridge to help the Gingerbread Man get across the river. Their bridge had to be strong enough to hold a Gingerbread Man. Bridges were tested and ideas on how to make it stronger were discussed. The session concluded with everyone eating a tiny Gingerbread Man before taking part in the Book Character Parade.
