An Update on our Kapa Haka Dresses
We have had AMAZING support from our community in the making of our Kapa Haka dresses!
A HUGE thank you to those parents and friends of Wakari School who have helped us to create new dresses for our growing Kapa Haka group! The students and staff very much appreciate your efforts!
We are also very grateful to our supportive Home and School Committee who have kindly given us the money to purchase the material and supplies needed to create these dresses.
We will be performing at Polyfest next month - the date and time is yet to be confirmed, but will fall between 13 - 16 of September.
Our Kapa Haka group practises every Friday from 12 - 12.30pm, you are more than welcome to pop in. We also have a blog, so have a look at the wonderful work our enthusiastic Kapa Haka group are doing!
