Hub 2/3 love paper mache.

One of our current projects is to make something to sell at the fair. We are making different shaped piggy banks out of paper mache. Our first job was to cover the balloon with gluey newspaper. Once we got over the idea that we were going to have gooey fingers until we had finished, we found that paper mache was fun and a very relaxing and engaging activity.  We have now put a yellow layer over the newspaper and are about to choose what animal shape our piggybank is going to be.
