We don't know how lucky we are!

Chris Smith —

The swimming season has gone extremely well. We have 53 families that have taken advantage of the key system across the last 5 months. The Pool committee will run some figures and let you know in a couple of months if the current configuration is viable going forward.

The pool will close on the first Monday of next term, all keys must then be handed into the office and you will get your $15 bond returned. If you do not want the refund, you can donate this money to the running costs of the pool.

Over the last month, all of our kids have had 7 - 10 days sustained swimming tuition. The ability to leave the classroom and walk 2 minutes to our own pool to undertake lessons is invaluable. Thanks to those that have popped in to support the pupils and teachers at this time.

It was with pleasure that I shared our 95% attendance turnout for Parent Interviews with the Board of Trustees last week. The vital link between home and school in regards to your child's learning is no better witnessed than across the two days that these interviews took place.

The Board would like to officially welcome Cameron Grindlay and Michelle Cone aboard. Cam comes to us with as extensive property background and Michelle brings a plethora of skills including a law degree and plenty of financial understanding.

I hope you have a neat holiday with your families and we look forward to kicking off the first of our winters terms on Monday 1st May.

Regards

Chris
