Year 5 Camp
Last week the Year 5s had a fabulous time at Waiora on their camp. Even though the weather wasn't perfect we all had an amazing time and we are already looking forward to the Year 6 camp at the start of next year.
What I enjoyed at camp was air rifles, archery and abseiling. I enjoyed air rifles because I was an expert at it and I got 2 shots on the target. I also enjoyed archery because it was my first time using a bow and arrow. I liked abseiling because you can go down a mountain. It was scary but fun.

At year five camp I enjoyed doing the nature walk because we got to pick our own names and explore. I also enjoyed doing the confidence course because we got to see what our time was and test our skills. My favourite thing about year 5 camp was the food because we had good desserts and dinners.
