Senior Syndicate Poetry
Some of the seniors have been busily penning poems. Here are two of their latest creations featuring family members. Enjoy!
I’m Worth by Natalie McDonald
Mum says I’m worth
Five fiery tempered fish
Mum says I’m worth
Four foul forgetful frogs
Mum says I’m worth
Three terribly tangled tigers
Mum says I’m worth
Two untrustworthy tarantulas
Mum says I’m worth
One offensive otter
Mum says I’m worth
Millions of monkeys
Messing the house
But mum will always
Love me no matter
What I’m worth.
My Sister by Fatima Al Hussein
She has black hair and brown eyes
She funny girl and sweet
She is good
She very likes my Mum
She very likes Mrs Lowden
She love her class
