The annual Enviroschools hui was held on 31st of October at the Royal Albatross Centre at Taiaroa Head.

Mrs B and 4 keen Enviro kids were lucky to attend this great day out. We found out about the Marine Wonderland we are lucky enough to live by. Students were involved in a series of hands-on activities that got them thinking about our roles and responsibilities as kaitiakitaka and what we can each do to look after this precious environment.

Highlights of our day were going to the albatross lookout and seeing albatross flying and nesting, along with visiting the hidden gun and cleaning up rubbish from Pilot's Beach.
