A perfect day to visit Starry Starfish.

Hub 1,2,3 had been eagerly awaiting their trip to the rock pools. We had been learning about various creatures and their survival needs and were really excited to be off exploring. After a lengthy wait for the bus and an earlier than anticipated morning tea we finally set off. Once we arrived, we quickly got into groups and headed down the track to the rocks. The children loved clambering about on the rocks and were delighted to find many of the creatures they had been learning about - even an octopus. After about an hour we headed back along the beach to eat lunch and then play in the playground, before heading back to school. A special thank you to all the wonderful parent helpers who came to help.
