See how the team is going this year.

There are 14 of us working on Tournament of Mind challenges. During class and free time we have been working on a script and some of our acting skills for our challenges.

If you don't know what Tournament of Minds is it is a group of 7 kids that need to solve a challenge by writing a script then acting it out. There are 3 judges and we have to make props and costumes instead of just buying them.

On Thursdays we all come together and work on the script and the acting. We have had to do quite a lot of research on our topic. We also have organised group meetings in our lunch and morning tea times.

At Wakari School there are 2 groups of 7 and after our six weeks of practising we’ll perform it. At the end of this term 7 of us will be chosen to go to Christchurch and actually compete in the regional final later in term 3.
