See how our team got on this year.

Last Saturday the Tournament of Minds team went to Christchurch to compete in the T.O.M regional final. We had to solve a language and literature challenge by writing a script and presenting our script to the judges. Our task was to come up with a new language feature. We had 6 weeks to create a script and memorize our lines. We also had to compete in a spontaneous challenge in front of the judges.

We have been working on T.O.M activities all year and have worked on teamwork, creativity, thinking processes, time management, characterisation, and always giving your best.

On the day of the competition we did the best we have ever done. Even if someone missed a line another team member was always there to save us.

We won our section of the regional final and we are very proud of ourselves.
