Senior Water Warriors share their knowledge at Expo

Anna Ollerenshaw —

Last Friday the Senior Hub invited parents, grandparents and the rest of the school to visit and learn about how to become a Water Warrior.

Over the past term the school has been learning about Water. The Senior students have been working on sharing their knowledge about how to become a Water Warrior; how to make conscious decisions about water, how to care for our environment and to explore how water is used in society.

The variety of topics covered and the way the children chose to share and present their findings amazed us. Posters, 3D designed and printed dams, hydraulic lifts, Co-spaces and VR goggles, Scratch programming, booklets, board games, slide shows, magnets, movies, working models and puppet shows to name a few.

Many thanks to the family members who visited to share in the children's wonderful learning. We are very proud of all their hard work.
