You will no doubt be aware that the recently released Health Order has some implications for schools. From the 15th of November all staff, volunteers, contractors, coaches, parent helpers and tutors are required to have received at least one vaccination dose and by the 1st of January the requirement is to be fully vaccinated. 

If you fall into one of these categories we are required to verify your vaccination status.  To get your COVID-19 record you go to the Ministry of Health website and register (see link below).  You can then either email a screenshot to admin@wakari.school.nz or come into the school office so your record can be sighted. You will only need to do this once as your verification record will be held on a school based parent-help register to enable you to be involved in other activities during your time at Wakari.
