On Thursday mornings the children get to go to their Buddy Class to read. In Room 3 we are lucky enough to go to the fabulous children in Room 10. Last week it was very special as we got to see the new classes. Room 10 and 11 are looking great, and the children enjoyed working in these amazing new spaces.

Room 3 children take their reading books from the morning and spend some time reading these with an older Buddy.  This is a great opportunity for the younger children to re-visit the books they have just read in class, and to show off their fabulous reading skills to older children in the school.  The Room 10 children work so well with their Buddies, listening carefully and encouraging the younger children. When they have finished the older children chose a book to read to the younger children in Room 3.  This is such a special time for all the children as they enjoy reading together with their Buddies.
